Our semester-long coaching option, drop-in/open hour sessions, workshops, and group study Power Hours enable students to:
- Enhance their cognitive functioning capacities, e.g., time management, setting goals, and handling stress.
- Hone their learning/study skills and strategies, e.g., learning how to optimize learning, optimal notetaking methods, and studying for finals.
- Maintain a sense of personal well-being.
