Global Independent Study Projects

Global Independent Studies (GLISPs) are Independent Study Projects or Group Independent Study Projects but for students abroad. Students have the option of creating a Global Independent Study while studying abroad.

Global Independent Studies Learning Goals

  • Assist students in learning how to form and organize a syllabus that encompasses their interests while still being a coherent course thematically/topically.
  • Getting students acquainted with research methodologies so that they can choose those that fit their work best and can use them effectively.
